We are thrilled to share that we have been entrusted by Lovell to deliver the SFS and window installation packages on their South Thamesmead development.
The construction of 329 mixed-tenure homes (42 per cent of which will be affordable) is the second-phase of the South Thamesmead regeneration project is a joint venture between Lovell Partnerships Ltd and Peabody.
Construction is expected to complete in 2027.
