Tudor May is very proud to have been successful in securing the SFS package on The Green Quarter Phase 3 development for the Berkeley Group Plc. We are optimistic that this will be the first of many! This phase will deliver 645 units of very high quality and mixed uses. The whole of the scheme will dramatically enhance urban connectivity through eight new access points, bus and cycle routes through the site, linking to the vibrant streets and residential neighbourhoods of Southall, Crossrail station, the underutilised Grand Union Canal and Minet Country Park, returning this isolated area of Southall back to the public. The whole neighbourhood will be a hub of new social infrastructure including a primary school, health centre and community hub, as well as a commercial centre featuring workspace and a curated mix of retail, food and leisure experiences.
