We are incredibly proud to announce that Tudor May has been appointed to deliver the 𝐃𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 at Bermondsey Place, a major new Berkeley Group Plc development on the Old Kent Road.
Set on a 5.4-acre former industrial site, this landmark regeneration scheme is set to transform the area. It will eventually deliver nearly 1,400 new homes alongside beautiful new public parks, playgrounds, footpaths, commercial space, and a stunning one-acre civic square. 🌳🏙️
