Totalling nearly 20 years experience in the industry, with the vast majority of that being within the Drylining and Facades sector his wealth of knowledge and leadership is fundamental to our success. His passion for ‘doing things right’ ensures we are always striving for more.

Shaista has over 20 years history of working in finance in the construction industry, with experience of mergers and acquisitions, formation of new businesses and MBO’s. Shaista has overall responsibility for the management of the company’s accounting and financial procedures and controls, and establishing a financial strategy to maintain cash flow and long term growth.

Joe joined the construction industry in 2005 and is a cliche for when it comes to working your way from the bottom up. He started his construction journey on the tools to his current position as our operations director, over the course of this journey his main involvements have been SFS and drylining on many high end projects alongside a number of tier one clients.
Operations Director
Sam Ellis joined the TudorMay mid-2024 and is playing a pivotal role in our growth and development. With 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Sam’s career has spanned from on-site laboring to project management, estimating, and leading pre-construction efforts.

Rhys joined the team at the end of 2023 as Commercial Manager, bringing with him extensive experience and a proven track record in the construction industry. His strategic vision, strong leadership, and dedication to building lasting client relationships have been instrumental in driving the company's commercial success to new levels.
