We are thrilled to share that we have now been awarded the Drylining package by Lovell Partnerships Ltd at their South Thamesmead development. This is on top of the SFS and Window Install works we are delivering.

The construction of 329 mixed-tenure homes (42 per cent of which will be affordable) is the second-phase of the South Thamesmead regeneration project is a joint venture between Lovell Partnerships Ltd and Peabody.

Construction is expected to complete in 2027.
