Her journey in finance began long before construction, with experience spanning IT project management for major London financial institutions, accounting for charities, civil engineering, and facilities management. She has also worked extensively in property accounting, focusing on land acquisition and the construction of distribution warehouses across the UK.

Joe joined the construction industry in 2005 and is a cliche for when it comes to working your way from the bottom up. He started his construction journey on the tools to his current position as our operations director, over the course of this journey his main involvements have been SFS and drylining on many high end projects alongside a number of tier one clients.

Sam Ellis joined the TudorMay mid-2024 and is playing a pivotal role in our growth and development. With 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Sam’s career has spanned from on-site laboring to project management, estimating, and leading pre-construction efforts.
