The Burgoynes Depot scheme is set to provide 48 much-needed affordable homes for the London Borough of Newham. What sets this project apart is its design philosophy. Following PassivHaus principles, the scheme aims to significantly reduce energy use and carbon emissions during construction and throughout the building’s lifecycle. 🌍💡
