It’s great to see our apprentice Teddie not only gaining qualifications, like his recent SSSTS and PASMA certifications, but also building confidence and leadership skills that will shape his career. 💪
Last week, Teddie joined his fellow apprentices at the Bow Common development for a session focused on growth, safety, and teamwork. It was a fantastic opportunity for the group to reflect on their progress, share experiences, and learn from one another. Teddie, alongside other apprentices, took part in a site walk, identifying hazards and reinforcing the vital H&S message:
“If something doesn’t feel right, stop and speak up.🦺”
A huge thank-you to the Bow Common team for supporting our apprentice and fostering a culture where they can thrive. With a high apprentice retention rate on-site, it’s clear that investing in the next generation of construction professionals truly pays off.
