We are delighted to welcome Tom Kasapis to the team as our new Group Financial Director. With over two decades of experience in finance, Tom has steadily risen through the ranks, from Financial Controller to Financial Director, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in both strategic planning and financial leadership. To added that, Tom has a BSc (hons) in Chemistry and Mathematics and is an FCCA, certified accountant.

Colleagues who’ve worked with Tom describe him as “incredibly bright,” and someone who “brings a lateral and strategic benefit to the business.” In addition to his financial acumen, Tom has a rare ability to blend technical innovation with human connection, qualities that will no doubt make him a strong asset to our team.
